The handling started on June 8, 2026 (Mon). Three types of local hand creams are available.

Fukurai Mandarin Hand Cream

Fukurai mandarins, a specialty product from the foothills of Mt. Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture, are characterized by their small size of about 3-4 cm and their fragrant peel. This product contains peel extract*1 from Fukurai mandarins cultivated in Sakuragawa City, Ibaraki Prefecture. It's a hand cream that releases a fresh Fukurai mandarin scent with every use.

Lotus Flower Hand Cream

Ibaraki Prefecture is Japan's top producer of "renkon" (lotus root), which is the underground stem of the lotus plant. Among the many lotus flower varieties, this hand cream contains lotus flower extract*2 from the Makoto lotus, a variety that blooms with pink flowers. It offers a pure and elegant lotus flower fragrance.

Opened on November 29, 2025 (Sat) as Japan's first "hotelable botanical garden."
