This will serve as a strategic flagship base in the northwestern Owari area and for expanding market share throughout Aichi Prefecture. The opening date is June 13, 2026.

In recent years, the housing industry has seen a growing interest in higher insulation grades (grades 6-7) and the mandatory compliance with energy-saving standards starting from fiscal year 2025. Rational design elements such as a 'loop-shaped circulation path directly connected to the laundry and wood deck' to shorten housework time, and a 'workspace' located right next to the kitchen where family members can feel each other's presence while one can immerse in their own time. This embodies the real lifestyle of modern families.

- Exterior (Stylish): A beautiful construction where a solid box shape, standing like a monument, intersects with expansive horizontal lines (eaves). By consolidating openings and integrating them with the walls, visual noise is thoroughly eliminated, emphasizing the building's three-dimensionality.

- Interior (Luxe): A modern luxurious space combining muted neutral colors with seamless architectural lighting, and featuring heavy, large-format stone-patterned tiles on the walls. Areas are gently connected not by walls, but by a gradation of light, from the open LDK on the south side to the serene tatami space on the north.
