About Sawidong's Nak-Gop-Sae

Nak-Gop-Sae is a regional dish originating from Busan, Korea, named after the initials of its main ingredients: Nakji (octopus), Gopchang (intestines), and Saeu (shrimp). Sawidong operates over 30 stores in Korea and has expanded to Malaysia, positioning itself as the industry leader in franchising. The secret sauce, the key to Sawidong's flavor, is made from 17 ingredients and undergoes a 72-hour low-temperature aging process before use. We offer the same authentic taste in Japan as in Korea, so we hope you will enjoy our signature Nak-Gop-Sae.

Franchise Opportunities Available!!

Sawidong has begun recruiting franchise stores in Japan. In just one year since its launch, we have achieved 10 stores, with an average monthly sales per tsubo across all stores from April 2025 to March 2026 exceeding 800,000 yen, and a model 20-tsubo store achieving over 16 million yen in monthly sales. Thanks to the efforts of our franchisees, we have proven that this business model can succeed even outside of Korean town commercial areas like Shin-Okubo and Tsuruhashi. Since our launch last year, the excitement has not waned, and we continue to have a large number of customers visiting, with our stores often overflowing...

We receive daily requests such as "Please open more stores quickly!" and "Please open a store near my home!", and we are urgently seeking prospective franchisees.

We also support the utilization of vacant properties and business format conversions, allowing for store openings with reduced costs. For new builds from a skeleton state, the budget is around 25 to 35 million yen. For business format conversions from existing food and beverage establishments, we have cases where openings were completed for under 10 million yen, including construction costs and franchise fees.
