Specializing in high-precision plastic component processing primarily for the medical device industry, the company has leveraged 45 years of experience and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries such as 'Can you do this?' We offer end-to-end manufacturing services—from design outsourcing and prototyping to mass production, surface treatment, and assembly—at our Ibaraki factory and partner facilities.

According to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's Pharmaceutical Industry Production Statistics Survey, domestic shipments of medical devices have increased from approximately 5.1 trillion yen in Reiwa 3 to about 5.9 trillion yen in Reiwa 6. As Japan's aging population drives further growth in medical demand, the importance of quality and stable supply for medical devices continues to rise.

Additionally, significant interest was shown in our 'ultrasonic welding' technology, which bonds materials using frictional heat generated by ultrasonic vibrations.

About This Exhibition

'The 38th Monozukuri World [Tokyo]' is Japan's largest manufacturing exhibition, expecting 2,000 exhibitors and 70,000 visitors (according to the Monozukuri World [Tokyo] official website). As this is our first time exhibiting at this event, we regard it as a crucial opportunity to establish new business connections. For this exhibition, an internal project team—including in-house designers—is developing a booth designed to effectively communicate our technological strengths and appeal to visitors.

As in previous exhibitions, we will display numerous product samples and welcome inquiries and consultations regarding our products and technologies on-site. Our booth is located at Booth No. E3-10. We invite all attendees to visit our booth and pay attention to both our product samples and booth design.
