Fukuoka Montessori Education "Happiness Nursery School Group" Transitions to "Dedicated Director System for All Schools" to Improve Education Quality and Enable Rapid On-site Decision-Making.

I-Links Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City; Representative Director and President: Shingo Ishii), a comprehensive mail-order service provider and group company of Sanwa Holdings Co., Ltd., announced the launch of a new organizational structure for its "Happiness Nursery School Group" (corporate-led and unauthorized nursery schools) starting April 1, 2026. This new system assigns a dedicated director to each school. Rituko Hirano, who previously served as the director for all schools, has been appointed as "General Director" to focus on overall group operations and educational quality improvement. The purpose of this change is to enable faster decision-making and improve the quality of Montessori education by having dedicated directors who deeply understand the nuances of each site. The group operates four schools: Happiness Nursery School Hirao Village (opened April 2019), Happiness Nursery School Shime Village (opened April 2019), Happiness Kodomo no Ie (opened April 2024), and Happiness Nursery School Ohori Village (formerly Tenjin no Hoshi Nursery School, joined group September 2024, renamed April 2025). The group adheres to Montessori education principles.
