Recruitment of Exhibitors and Participants Announced! "Ebisu Culture Festival 2026" to be Held October 10 (Sat) and 11 (Sun)

Sapporo Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshiyuki Tomioka) will hold the "Ebisu Culture Festival 2026" for two days from Saturday, October 10, 2026, to Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Ebisu Garden Place, which the company operates.

This event, now in its 16th year, is a community culture festival that began with the desire to "bring together people who live, work, and visit Ebisu, who don't often meet, and to vibrantly share the charm and culture of the town." Under the concept of "Ebisu's Family Day" and the theme "A Culture Festival Where Ebisu Expands," this year's event aims to create opportunities for new inspiration by having individuals connected to Ebisu share and exchange their hobbies, work, and enjoyable activities.

In addition to the main venue, Ebisu Garden Place, the festival will collaborate with various locations throughout the town to create a unified and exciting Ebisu. We are also recruiting participants for stage performances and tent booth exhibitions at Ebisu Garden Place, as well as for participation at their own locations within Ebisu, targeting individuals, companies, and organizations with ties to Ebisu.

Sapporo Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. will hold the Ebisu Culture Festival in cooperation with regional stakeholders to provide opportunities for both exhibitors and visitors to have unique encounters and experiences, fostering a deeper affection for the town of Ebisu.

2 Ability to attend the information session to be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026.

3 Ability to submit the Ebisu Culture Festival 2026 Hearing Sheet (distributed after exhibition/performance confirmation) by the specified deadline.

4 Ability to participate in the Ebisu Culture Festival 2026 Hearing Session (date to be determined later).

5 Not being an anti-social force and not engaging in transactions with anti-social forces.

Recruitment Slots: 1 Ebisu Garden Place <Tent Booth Exhibition>

You can exhibit in tent booths along the promenade on the slope at Ebisu Garden Place.

We provide space for workshops, merchandise sales, etc.

2 Ebisu Garden Place <Stage Performance>

You can perform on the special stage in the Center Plaza of Ebisu Garden Place.

We provide a space to showcase music, theater, dance, and more.

*In addition, we are also recruiting for events held at the own locations of companies, organizations, and shops in the Ebisu town area, not limited to Ebisu Garden Place. These will be promoted in cooperation as one of the event's bases.
