CULTURE SNACK '26, a Major Cultural Festival Gathering the 'B-Sides' of Towns and People, to be Held for the First Time in Osaka; Exhibitor Recruitment Begins

Kokuyo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City; President: Hidekuni Kuroda) will hold the public event 'CULTURE SNACK,' which involves neighboring companies and the local community, for two days on October 2 (Fri) and 3 (Sat), 2026, at 'GRAND GREEN OSAKA,' where its headquarters office 'KOKUYO HQ' is located. Prior to the event, recruitment for exhibitors will begin on June 1, 2026 (Mon). 'CULTURE SNACK' is a public event where workers from neighboring companies and those with ties to the Umekita area express and exhibit a 'B-side'—a facet not usually seen—in contrast to their 'A-side' (the self at work). It was held in the Konan area, starting from the Tokyo Shinagawa office 'THE CAMPUS,' in 2024 and 2025, and received a great response with over 6,000 visitors in total. This year, it will be held in Osaka for the first time. The venue, GRAND GREEN OSAKA, is the location of Kokuyo's headquarters office relocation for the first time in 90 years and is a complex facility with one of the world's largest urban parks. GRAND GREEN OSAKA, where many companies gather, is also a hub for fostering new exchanges with companies and the local community. By holding 'CULTURE SNACK' at this location, Kokuyo aims to foster connections between individuals across positions and attachment to the town, and to enhance the value of 'working' and 'living' in the Osaka-Umeda area.
