Satofull Starts Accepting Donations for Chatan Town, Okinawa Prefecture, on the "Typhoon No. 6 Disaster Emergency Support Donation Site for Reiwa 8"

Satofull Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroaki Fujii), which operates the hometown tax donation portal site "Satofull," announced that starting June 9th, it will begin accepting donations for Chatan Town, Okinawa Prefecture, on the "Typhoon No. 6 Disaster Emergency Support Donation Site for Reiwa 8," established on June 4, 2026. With this addition, the number of disaster-stricken municipalities supported on this site will be two. The latest information, such as the total amount of donations collected for each municipality, is available on the "Typhoon No. 6 Disaster Emergency Support Donation Site for Reiwa 8."

On this site, it is possible to donate any amount from 1,000 yen upwards in 1 yen increments to the listed municipalities using the hometown tax donation system. Furthermore, for this support initiative, there will be no expenditure from the municipalities to Satofull Inc., as Satofull Inc. will bear the donation processing fees, ensuring that the donors' goodwill is delivered directly to the municipalities.

In anticipation of Typhoon No. 6, a gale warning was issued in Chatan Town, Okinawa Prefecture, and an evacuation order was given. This significantly impacted residents' lives, with the Chatan Town Hall and Chatan Town Waterworks Office closed, and all elementary and junior high schools in the town suspending classes. Additionally, damage such as power outages and fallen trees occurred throughout Okinawa Prefecture, and recovery efforts are underway in the affected regions. To support the recovery and reconstruction of the disaster-stricken areas, we have commenced accepting donations through the "Typhoon No. 6 Disaster Emergency Support Donation Site for Reiwa 8."
