SBI Nippon Small Amount Short Term Insurance Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Hisaya Inoue; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has acquired the "Eruboshi Certification" from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, recognizing it as an excellent company in promoting women's empowerment.

The Eruboshi Certification system, established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, is a system that certifies companies with excellent initiatives for promoting women's empowerment based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace. The Company was evaluated for its efforts to create an environment where women can fully utilize their abilities and continue to work vibrantly, including recruitment, continuous employment, and work-style reforms, and has now acquired the Eruboshi Certification.
