SecureNavi, Inc. announced a partnership with Ricoh Japan Corp. to launch 'StarQuest for RICOH' on June 30, 2026. This platform aims to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in responding to the 'Security Measures Evaluation System for Strengthening Supply Chains' (SCS Evaluation System) promoted by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

In recent years, supply chain attacks targeting SMEs have caused significant issues such as data leaks and system outages. In response, METI will launch the SCS Evaluation System at the end of fiscal year 2026 to elevate the security level of companies forming supply chains. Currently, many companies rely on check sheets to verify the security posture of their business partners, which creates a burden for both parties.

SecureNavi offers cloud services that streamline the acquisition and management of ISMS and Privacy Mark certifications. Ricoh Japan provides comprehensive support from implementation to operation through its nationwide sales network. Through the 'TRIBUS' accelerator program, both companies have co-developed this solution. This partnership combines SecureNavi's cloud-based visualization service with Ricoh Japan's multi-vendor product proposals.

'StarQuest for RICOH' allows companies to conduct assessments based on the SCS evaluation system on the cloud with AI assistance. It visualizes assessment results, automatically determines the current security level, and provides concrete improvement suggestions.

Pricing (excl. tax): - StarQuest for RICOH Monthly Contract: 30,000 JPY - StarQuest for RICOH Annual Contract: 360,000 JPY

Ricoh Japan will offer a one-stop service for security implementation and operation, covering both technical aspects (network, endpoint, cloud) and organizational aspects (policy, management structure).
