[Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza] Hosting "Shinshu Wine and Food Terrace" Event

Seibu Real Estate Property Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture; Representative Director: Tomohide Saito), which operates the resort-style shopping mall "Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza" (Location: Karuizawa Town, Nagano Prefecture), will host the "Shinshu Wine and Food Terrace" event on June 27 (Sat) and 28 (Sun), introducing the charms of locally produced wine and food from Nagano Prefecture. Through the sale of wine and the Nagano specialty "Oyaki," which has recently gained attention as a wine pairing, the event will highlight the appeal of Nagano's wine and cuisine.

Additionally, to coincide with the arrival of full-scale summer, a large tent will be set up in the lawn area within the facility from June 27 (Sat) to August 16 (Sun), based on the concept of a "Highland Beach House," to provide a relaxing space for customers. Offering a space to lounge as if in a beach house, customers can experience a sense of the extraordinary unique to a resort in the refreshing highland climate.

Furthermore, the annual "Summer Sale" will be held from July 3 (Fri) to July 13 (Mon). Popular brands will offer summer items at prices up to 80% off.

As a digital initiative, the wine diagnosis web app "TasteMap," jointly developed by Shinshu University's Tahara Laboratory and TasteDatabank Co., Ltd., will be available for customers to try, helping to solve common indecision for wine beginners.

Whisky from Komoro Distillery, cider, craft beer, and apple juice will also be available this summer. The apple juice will be offered in a tap-style experience for children.

<Higedanshaku Higuchi-kun's Karuizawa Noble Winery Tour> Date: June 28; Talk sessions at 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. Higuchi-kun of the comedy duo Higedanshaku, a certified wine expert, will tour winery booths with radio personality Megumi Nishimura.
