Seven-Eleven Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Tomohiro Akutsu) concluded a "Food Drive Agreement" (hereinafter, this Agreement) with Food Bank Kagawa on June 4, 2026.

Based on this Agreement, starting on June 5, 2026 (Friday), Environment Day, dedicated food bank collection boxes will be installed at seven Seven-Eleven stores in Takamatsu City. We will collect surplus food from local households and deliver it through Food Bank Kagawa to individuals and households in need of local support. Through this initiative, we will promote social welfare contribution activities and reduce food waste. We have received significant support from Kagawa Prefecture in launching this food drive. We will continue to collaborate with Kagawa Prefecture and Food Bank Kagawa to promote social contribution activities aimed at solving regional issues and realizing a sustainable society.

Roles: - Seven-Eleven: Installing collection boxes in stores and handing over donated items to support organizations. - Food Bank Kagawa: Effectively utilizing donated items through distribution to individuals and households facing hardship, and visiting stores monthly (via local children's cafeterias) to collect items. - Kagawa Prefecture: Assisting in publicizing food drive activities and raising awareness among residents.

Target Food Items: Grains, canned goods, instant food, snacks, dry goods, seasonings, and beverages (excluding alcohol). Criteria set in accordance with the Ministry of the Environment's "Food Drive Guide."

Participating stores include Seven-Eleven Takamatsu Kita-machi Honmura store, Takamatsu Hayashi-cho store, Takamatsu Yashima Station East store, Takamatsu Kokubunji-cho Fuke store, and Takamatsu Busshozan store.
