This event will feature 14 sessions covering the most important themes in the industry, including the utilization of generative AI, innovation in customer experience (CX), and quality control in the digital age, with top industry practitioners and technology experts from insurance companies invited to speak.

Following the successful launch of applications for the first and second releases, we have begun accepting applications for two new sessions from Friday, July 3rd. We plan to release additional programs sequentially, but as seating is limited for each session, please apply as soon as possible.
