About Cloud Contact Workspace 'Cloud Contact Workspace' is a custom softphone independently developed and provided by Serverworks. It extends the standard features of Amazon Connect, a cloud-based contact center service, not only to enhance telephone support convenience but also to support contact center operational efficiency and advancement with features like conversation summarization and operational status visualization dashboards.

Benefits of Adopting 'Claude Sonnet 4.5' for Cloud Contact Workspace This solution is equipped with a feature that uses generative AI to summarize text-based call content, built on Amazon Bedrock.

We have newly adopted 'Claude Sonnet 4.5,' which possesses advanced contextual understanding capabilities, as the AI model for the summarization function.

This enables highly accurate summaries for even lengthy calls and complex customer interactions, accurately grasping the context.

Supervisors and subsequent operators no longer need to read through full call records, allowing them to grasp the essence of conversations in a short time. This facilitates rapid decision-making and smooth handoffs, significantly improving the operational efficiency of contact centers.
