Prior to adopting Claude Enterprise, ServerWorks had already been advancing generative AI utilization across the company, promoting cross-departmental applications and bottom-up operational transformations driven by frontline teams. This company-wide adoption of Claude Enterprise aims to further boost productivity from such enterprise-wide generative AI usage and to translate the advanced expertise gained through its operation into value delivered to client companies.

Furthermore, by adopting the enterprise plan 'Claude Enterprise,' ServerWorks has achieved organization-wide deployment with guaranteed security and administrative functionalities.

Background of Adoption

The company has consistently maintained a policy of thoroughly utilizing new technologies internally before proposing them to clients, ensuring deep understanding of their value and challenges.
