Launch of 'ServiceNow Adapter' for ASTERIA Warp

Panasonic Digital Co., Ltd. and Asteria Corporation announced that they will begin offering the 'ServiceNow Adapter' on May 29, 2026, which provides integration functions between 'ASTERIA Warp,' the No. 1 market share product in the domestic enterprise data integration (EAI/ESB) market for 19 years, and the 'ServiceNow AI Platform.' In recent years, the adoption of 'ServiceNow' has expanded as a foundation for IT service management and business process digitalization. As the scope of its use expands, the importance of data integration with existing core systems, cloud services, and databases has increased, but individual development has been a challenge due to the need for specialized knowledge and man-hours. ASTERIA Warp, provided by Asteria, is evaluated for its ability to integrate with over 100 tools and services without coding and has been introduced to over 10,000 companies. Panasonic Digital, an ASTERIA Warp sales partner and winner of the 'ASTERIA Warp Partner of the Year 2026,' has accumulated knowledge on operational issues and integration through the deployment of ServiceNow within the Panasonic Group. Against this background, Panasonic Digital has developed the 'ServiceNow Adapter' for ASTERIA Warp, leveraging the strengths of both companies to realize no-code integration with ServiceNow, supporting business DX by significantly reducing development load and promoting data utilization.
