Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd. (President: Toshiro Mitsuyoshi, Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) launched its original 'Germoglio Chair' on June 1. This is the third installment in the series, following the 'Germoglio Kitchen' and 'Germoglio Vanity' released last year. The design was developed with a focus on harmony with 'Sumitomo Forestry Homes,' including the selection of materials, colors, and patterns. There are seven variations in total: six upholstered types and one rattan type. These chairs enhance the interior space constructed with the company's original 'PRIME WOOD' materials, fostering a sense of unity within the home. The design, which gently supports the body from the seat to the backrest, provides a comfortable seating experience and brings relaxation to daily life. Through the 'Germoglio' series, the company aims to enrich the daily lives of 'Sumitomo Forestry Home' owners. Key features include a wide variety of designs that harmonize with the homes, a rotating mechanism designed with safety in mind, and the use of 'Aquaclean' fabric for easy maintenance. The annual sales target is 800 units.
