Shamrock Records Inc. (Headquarters: Nerima, Tokyo; CEO: Hitoshi Aoki) has launched 'Ticketlog™', a management system for coupon tickets and prepaid points designed for small businesses such as salons and classrooms, starting May 29, 2026.
Developed to eliminate the complexity of manual management using spreadsheets or paper notebooks, Ticketlog allows store owners to manage member registrations and balances via smartphones or PCs. Members can also check their remaining ticket balance in real-time. While focusing on management rather than payments, the paid 'Standard Plan' (550 JPY/month) offers integration with Square to automate the synchronization of sales records.
The system is also multilingual, supporting English and Chinese (Traditional/Simplified) to cater to a globalizing society. Born from the practical challenges faced at the company's own event space, 'Nerima Base', the service prioritizes simplicity and error-free operation.
