With the vision of "making Japan a leading AI nation," this community launched the AI university "SHIFT AI" in June 2023 to teach practical business applications of AI. To meet the rapidly changing evolution of AI and diversifying business needs, nearly 2,000 lecture videos have been published as of the end of May. Furthermore, the platform hosts over 70 webinars a month featuring top domestic and international industry leaders, with the cumulative number of archives reaching 1,000. Existing content is also continuously updated in line with AI advancements, providing an environment where users can always access the latest information.

Live Viewing Across 47 Prefectures & Regional Community Building To eliminate regional disparities in AI learning, live viewings of large-scale in-person events are held across all 47 prefectures in Japan. These function as communities connecting learners in each region, and there are plans to develop them into hubs for matching local businesses with AI talent.

2. Industry-Specific Webinars To address the specific concern of "not knowing how to apply AI to daily operations," active AI consultants host industry-specific webinars where they directly answer user questions, providing realistic, field-oriented practical know-how.

3. Security-Focused Programs Preparation for "security incidents" is unavoidable in the era of AI agents. The community regularly hosts security-related webinars, seminars, and training camps, offering a systematic learning environment for operating AI safely.

4. AI Agent Implementation Support Meetings Three-day support meetings aimed at assisting the implementation and utilization of AI agents are held almost weekly. Ranging from specific use cases to security measures for safe operation, these programs, which are typically offered externally for a fee, are provided free of charge exclusively to members.

5. Side Hustle & Monetization Verification Team To keep pace with the rapidly changing trends in AI projects, a dedicated verification team has been formed.
