The Defense Business Compliance Certification System is a framework implemented in July 2025 (Reiwa 7) to strengthen confidential information protection and streamline and rationalize contracting procedures. It targets enterprises that currently handle or intend to participate in business involving classified information with ATLA.

Under this system, companies must establish organizational structures, rules, training programs, facilities, and systems that meet the prescribed security standards. A practical, organization-wide security system—going beyond mere documentation—is required. ### Service Scope

JADC's "Defense Business Compliance Certification Support Service" comprehensively supports all necessary steps for compliance, including gap analysis against current status, preparation of application documents for various procedures, and support for application submissions and corrective actions.

In STEP 1, "Initial Assessment," JADC conducts a preliminary review of compliance with the system's basic requirements, such as foreign capital ratio, board composition, and legal compliance.
