To increase awareness of its services among municipal staff across Japan, Shiftplus will exhibit at the '7th Regional×Tech Tohoku.' This marks the company's second consecutive year of participation. The event's location in Tohoku makes it more accessible for municipal employees who previously found it difficult to attend Shiftplus exhibitions due to distance.

Municipal AI zevo (Generative AI Available via LGWAN)

The popular AI chat tool ChatGPT® is available securely on the LGWAN network. It offers integration with LGTalk. User inputs are not used for AI training. The system features RAG functionality and has added various new features, including survey analysis.

AMS (Staff Attendance Management)

A cloud-based attendance management solution for municipal employees. Simple timekeeping via IC cards, various applications, and approval workflows can be created. Eliminates the need for manual data entry and aggregation previously required with paper-based systems—everything is completed within AMS.

LGTalk (Business Chat)

A business chat tool compatible with LGWAN and the internet. Its key feature is true file sanitization—files are completely neutralized without damage through recursive processing. Municipal AI zevo can be used directly within the chat. Additionally, for customers contracting with Municipal AI zevo, we provide employee-number-matched accounts as a bundled service.

otetsuzuki (Reservation and Application Form Creation System)

A versatile, LGWAN-compatible form creation system that allows users to build various online forms—such as reservations, applications, and inquiries—by combining modular components. Supports online payments and enables form creation via both the internet and LGWAN.

eRex (AI Meeting Minutes Creation Tool)

An AI-powered speech-to-text transcription tool dedicated to LGWAN. Automatically converts audio data from council meetings and internal conferences into text, eliminating the need for staff to repeatedly listen to recordings. Features include speaker identification and pinpoint playback. Compatible with integration with Municipal AI zevo.

cohana (Temporary and Sick-Child Care Reservation)

A service enabling 24/7 easy reservations for temporary childcare and sick-child care facilities via smartphone. Facilities can reduce phone inquiries, report to municipalities with one click, and municipalities can eliminate the need to consolidate reports from multiple facilities. Users can search for availability and make reservations anytime.

Kastaba (Customer Barcode Creation System)

An INTERNET and LGWAN-compatible system that reduces postal fees by enabling the creation of envelopes, labels, and postcards with customer barcodes.
