Guesthouse Chura Cucule Ishigakijima, operated by Time Arrow Yaeyama Co., Ltd. (Ishigaki City, Okinawa; Representative Director: Kazunori Nakagawa), along with the sake bar & gallery "Kuramoto SAKE & GALLERY," will hold a photo exhibition featuring winners of the "#YourIshigakijima" photo contest to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the guesthouse.
"Guesthouse Chura Cucule Ishigakijima" will mark its 10th anniversary in October 2026. To celebrate this milestone, the photo contest invited submissions themed around "#YourIshigakijima," capturing not just travel experiences, but also daily life, encounters, and casual scenery. A panel of 10 judges, including local professional photographers and hotel staff, selected 15 winning entries that capture the diverse expressions of Ishigaki Island, including landscapes, food, culture, and festivals. This exhibition aims to share the island's charm beyond tourism through these unique perspectives.
The exhibition will be divided into two phases. The first phase will feature the works at "Kuramoto SAKE & GALLERY," while the second phase will be held at "Guesthouse Chura Cucule Ishigakijima," where guests can vote for their favorite piece, making it an interactive experience.
