Shizuoka University's Center for Community and Regional Studies has selected 17 projects for its "Community Collaboration Support Project" for fiscal year 2026.

The "Community Collaboration Support Project," which began in fiscal year 2011, provides financial and public relations support from the Center for community collaboration activities undertaken by Shizuoka University faculty, staff, and students, with the aim of fostering seeds for community collaboration and social contribution. To date, many Shizuoka University faculty, staff, and students have engaged in diverse, community-based activities through this project.

In fiscal year 2026, 21 applications were received from within the university, and a record 17 projects were selected from these. The selected projects will carry out practical, on-site activities to address the diverse challenges faced by local communities.

We kindly request the cooperation of the media in publicizing these activities.

By widely informing local residents about this project, we hope to expand opportunities for participation and interaction, leading to the promotion and further development of community collaboration activities.

Please see the attached document for project details.
