Hachiemon, the face of Kantele, celebrates its 30th debut anniversary, and Shochiku Geino, which has supported Kamigata entertainment, celebrates its 70th anniversary. Together, this "100th Anniversary Live Show" will be a joyous festival packed with the history of Kansai entertainment.
This live show is a collaboration between a TV station's character and a long-established comedy agency, fusing "the history of television (Kantele)" with "live comedy." Hachiemon's laid-back charm and Shochiku Geino's traditional comedic style will create a chemical reaction.
The show will feature a packed lineup, including looking back at Hachiemon's 30-year history, a "daigiri" (improvised comedy skit) session, and talks related to the number '8.' There will also be a segment to decide the mascot that represents the theater.
