This competition is organized by NTT Data Corporation, NTT Data Advanced Technologies Corporation, and NTT Data Newson Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Three NTT Data Group Companies") with the aim of matching with AI talent.

Purpose of this Competition

This competition is held by the Three NTT Data Group Companies with the objective of matching with AI talent.

The theme is the construction of "multimodal RAG," a challenging task in practical business settings, and participants will compete in advanced data processing capabilities in a realistic environment where structured and unstructured data are mixed.

The Three NTT Data Group Companies are seeking individuals with strong interest and passion for "technology itself" through this competition. They aim to match with individuals who possess a deep curiosity for cutting-edge technology, capable of operating the latest AI technologies themselves and implementing solutions through trial and error for unknown challenges.

Competition Content

Participants will act as internal AI personnel for a fictional data analysis consulting firm and will work on building a RAG system to find necessary information from case documents accumulated on shared drives and accurately answer various questions from within the company.

The content will test multimodal data processing and search capabilities, as it includes not only text data but also many documents with embedded Excel sheets, PowerPoint presentations, images, and graphs.
