Signify Announces First "Signify" Brand LED Lighting Fixtures in Japan

Signify Japan LLC (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Keitaro Otsuka; hereinafter "Signify") is pleased to announce the launch of its first LED lighting fixtures under the "Signify" brand in Japan.

This initiative is part of a global strategy to refresh the professional lighting portfolio, transitioning the facility lighting product brand from "Philips" to "Signify".

This rebranding aims to strengthen global support systems and deliver more innovative lighting solutions by unifying the corporate and product brands.

Furthermore, the brand change will not affect the quality, specifications, or performance of the products. The reliability and high quality cultivated over many years under the "Philips" brand will be carried over to the "Signify" brand.

Target Products 1kW Metal Halide Equivalent Floodlight: BVP/EVP574 Series Medium Floodlight: BVP56x Series

Transition Period Sequential transition for orders received on or after July 1, 2026.

Further product introductions under the "Signify" brand are planned. This announcement, alongside existing global brands such as "Philips" and "Color Kinetics," will expand the lineup of high-performance, energy-saving, and circular lighting solutions.
