Shinmido Co., Ltd. is hosting a community-focused in-person recruitment fair exclusively for companies in Saitama and job seekers looking to work in the prefecture. To address the common issue where companies get lost in large-scale job fairs, event staff will interview visitors and guide them to company booths. This strategy prevents traffic from concentrating on just a few companies and ensures meaningful interactions. In the previous event (November 2025), an average of 32 seatings per company was achieved. Dedicated staff provide support from pre-event planning to on-site management.
