Sky Corporation Implements 'HPE Private Cloud AI' for Secure AI Development

Sky Corporation (Tokyo Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo / Osaka Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; Representative Director: Junji Oura) announced the implementation of 'HPE Private Cloud AI' provided by Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Japan (HPE, Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Managing Director and President: Koichi Mochizuki). The move is aimed at accelerating internal workflows and software development while securely utilizing highly confidential data.

While Sky has been promoting the use of AI in its development operations and internal workflows, the strict management of highly sensitive information, such as client business data and system information, has been a challenge. To address this, the company sought to rapidly build a secure, on-premises environment where developers could freely leverage AI without exposing data externally.

By adopting 'HPE Private Cloud AI,' Sky completed the construction and verification of its on-premises AI platform in just one month. The product, which integrates the hardware and software necessary for AI, significantly reduced the system deployment workload. Furthermore, the application of the 'HPE GreenLake Flex Solutions' monthly consumption-based model allowed Sky to balance reduced initial investment with flexible scalability.

Currently, Sky is establishing a framework to incorporate AI into nearly all the systems it develops. Looking ahead, the company aims to advance toward autonomous task execution using AI agents and accelerate the deployment of AI in its contract development and Systems Integration (SI) businesses, driving deeper AI adoption across the organization.
