SmartHR and kintone Launch Data Integration

SmartHR, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masato Serizawa), operator of the cloud-based HR software 'SmartHR,' launched an integration plugin with Cybozu, Inc.'s (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshihisa Aono) 'kintone' on May 27th. The plugin was developed by Nix Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Nariatsu Matsumoto).

By using this plugin, synchronization of employee data between 'SmartHR' and 'kintone' becomes easy. Executing the plugin allows information updated in one system to be accurately reflected in the other, streamlining complex tasks such as manual transcription and CSV processing or uploading.

Overview of Integration Many companies use 'SmartHR' for core HR information and 'kintone' for field-specific tasks (such as equipment lending, system access requests, and training management). By utilizing this plugin, it is possible to reflect employee data registered in 'SmartHR' into the 'Employee Master App' in 'kintone' (new registration/updates). Additionally, if new employee data is registered in 'kintone' from the field, it can be directly linked and registered to 'SmartHR' through the plugin. This plugin reduces the burden of double entry and prevents data discrepancies.
