SMBC Mobit Music Project "M bit Live" 8th Edition Confirmed for August 25th!

The 8th edition artists are decided: Penthouse × Oohashi Trio!

Sumitomo Mitsui Card Company, Limited (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yukihiko Onishi) launched "M bit Project," a new initiative by SMBC Mobit*, on May 13, 2024.

*SMBC Mobit is a card loan brand provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Card.

The main event of this project, "M bit Live," will hold its 8th installment on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Zepp Shinjuku. Under the slogan "As we live, our favorite songs grow," we aim to deliver wonderful encounters with music into everyone's lives.

The 8th edition features a two-man LIVE performance by "Penthouse," a 6-member "city soul" band from Tokyo, gaining attention for their twin vocals and sophisticated urban sound, and "Oohashi Trio," a versatile musician known for their unique singing voice and genre-less sound, active in songwriting, film, and commercial music.

Starting with the 1st edition Original Love Jazz Trio × STUTS, followed by the 2nd UA × AiNA THE END, 3rd ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION × Omoinotake, 4th Awich × iri, 5th HY × Macaroni Enpitsu, 6th Dragon Ash × Age Factory, and 7th Kroi × D.A.N., each event has delivered a premium experience unique to M bit Live.
