The Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan (Chairman: Tadashi Miyakawa, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) hereby announces that it has published the 7th public recruitment guidelines for the Small and Medium Enterprise Labor-Saving Investment Subsidy Program (General Type), which is implemented by a consortium led by the National Federation of Small Business Associations.
Program Overview
The Small and Medium Enterprise Labor-Saving Investment Subsidy "General Type" is a program that promotes diverse labor-saving investments, such as automation and advancement of business processes, improvement of robot production processes, and digital transformation (DX), tailored to the equipment and business content of individual small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
Schedule
Application acceptance is scheduled to begin in early July 2026, with the application deadline expected in late July 2026. Details will be announced later on the secretariat's website.
Please note that obtaining a "G Biz ID Prime Account" is required to apply for this program. Obtaining the ID takes a certain amount of time, so those who have not yet obtained it are requested to complete the procedure for obtaining a G Biz ID Prime Account.
