We have opened 'Social Inclu Home Sendai Shiromaru' in Shiromaru, Taihaku-ku, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, a residence where people with severe disabilities who require daily support can live independently with assistance. 'Social Inclu Home Sendai Shiromaru' is a 'daytime service support type' group home. Having already operated three facilities in Sendai, we have now opened two additional facilities simultaneously, including 'Social Inclu Home Sendai Nanatsugita Building 2.' This dual opening expands housing options for individuals with severe disabilities in Sendai, aiming to become a more accessible support system for those wishing to live in the community. By leveraging our existing partnerships with local government and tailoring support to regional needs, we will continue to assist our residents in living independently. The operating company, Social Inclu Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Nobuchika Matsushita), operates 'Social Inclu Home' group homes nationwide based on the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act, with the mission of 'creating a society where zero people with disabilities struggle to find housing.'
