Experiential Co-Creation Showroom 'IDEA' Reopens in Odaiba

SocioFuture Inc. has reopened its experiential co-creation showroom, 'IDEA,' within its development hub, Innovation Base DAIBA (Minato-ku, Tokyo). This showroom leverages advanced technology and immersive spaces to co-create next-generation IT services. The renovation incorporates cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to serve as a space that fosters innovation. The company aims to create next-gen IT services to solve social issues in finance, government, and healthcare, alongside new BPO services. IDEA was established in 2007, and in line with the company's mission of "a kinder society through high-touch operations," it has undergone renovations including two relocations. With rising needs for AI and IT due to labor shortages and efficiency demands, the company opened IBD in October 2025 and relocated IDEA there to integrate development departments with the co-creation space.
