SocioFuture Provides Financial Procedure Portal Service "@Connect®" to Minami Nippon Bank

SocioFuture Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Akihiko Sugawara; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has commenced providing "@Connect®" (hereinafter "@Connect"), a financial procedure portal service utilizing a highly secure authentication app and My Number Cards, to The Minami Nippon Bank, Ltd. (Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture; President: Gyoichi Tanaka; hereinafter "Minami Nippon Bank"). This initiative will contribute to operational efficiency and enhanced customer convenience through the digitalization of financial procedures.

About @Connect

@Connect was developed by our company in 2025 in response to the increasing demand for thorough customer information management by financial institutions due to recent strengthening of measures against financial crime. It offers a "Change of Notification" function that allows account holders to proactively change their registered information via smartphones using their My Number Cards, and a "Continuous Customer Management" function that enables financial institutions to automatically request account holders to confirm the latest status of their registered information. Since procedures can be performed anytime, anywhere with a smartphone or tablet, account holders can complete them without visiting a branch. Financial institutions can also utilize terminals at their branches for in-person procedures. Furthermore, by introducing @Connect, financial institutions enable account holders to change notification details for multiple accounts on the same platform. Minami Nippon Bank has begun utilizing the "Change of Notification" function, which allows account holders to proactively change their notification details.

Future Development

By utilizing @Connect, which is being provided now, and the non-face-to-face identity verification platform planned for future provision, we will realize a smartphone-based identity verification service that combines face-to-face and non-face-to-face対応 of JPKI (Public Key Infrastructure for Personal Identification) with IC chip reading and facial recognition. Data management within the same system is also possible. Furthermore, we envision expanding services to various procedures requiring identity verification through a common platform in the future.
