Kobe's egg specialty restaurant "Tamago Dining Tamago to Tamago" has welcomed over 19,000 customers in its first year since opening. To commemorate its 1st anniversary, we will be bringing back the "Serious Carbonara," which was popular from our opening, for a limited dinner-time offering. We propose a dish finished with just 3 egg yolks, unique to an egg specialty restaurant.

Everything began with a bowl of TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan - raw egg on rice).

We were struck by the original umami and richness of a freshly laid egg we ate at a poultry farm in Aichi Prefecture. "Eggs were this delicious?"

Prompted by this experience, we decided to redefine eggs not as a "supporting ingredient" but as a "star dish."

Tamago Kake Gohan, Dashimaki Tamago (rolled omelet), Omurice (omelet rice)—— By carefully preparing familiar dishes while respecting the ingredients, we elevate everyday meals into special experiences.

### "Serious Carbonara" Made with 3 Eggs, No Cream

The Carbonara we are bringing back this time is a dish that we, as an egg specialty restaurant, have seriously committed to, focusing on "making it stand on its own solely with the power of eggs."

Unlike the typical carbonara served in Japan, we use absolutely no cream. Using 3 egg yolks, we achieve richness solely through their umami and emulsification.

What spreads through your mouth the moment you take a bite is not "heaviness" but "density." A design that directly conveys the original umami of the egg.

Furthermore, we use carefully selected fresh pasta for the noodles. They have an egg-shaped cross-section, designed to hold the sauce firmly.

This shape allows the egg's umami to spread evenly with every bite, realizing a cohesive taste until the very end.

The lineup includes the following three types:

- Rich Carbonara - Mentaiko Carbonara - Truffle Carbonara

Please experience the "Serious Carbonara" that only an egg specialty restaurant can achieve.

※ This product is available only during dinner time (after 5 PM).

### Limited 3-Day Revival of Truffle Omurice and Visitor Bonus

To commemorate our 1st anniversary, we will be implementing special initiatives from April 9th to April 11th, for three days only.

All customers who visit during this period will receive an original sticker as a gift. This sticker can be presented on a subsequent visit within one month to receive a 100 yen discount on drinks.

Additionally, for a limited time, we will also be bringing back the "Truffle Cream Omurice." This dish has received particularly strong feedback among our past fairs, and even after the fair ended, we continued to receive inquiries from customers who saw it on social media.

In response to such voices, we have decided to reintroduce it for three days only to coincide with our anniversary. It is a luxurious omurice unique to our restaurant, combining the rich aroma of truffle with the fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth texture of eggs.

### Developer's Comment

We will continue to strive towards being "a dining experience where eggs are the star, bringing smiles with every bite," by sincerely facing our ingredients.

Re-examining the value within "ordinary dishes" and elevating them into dining experiences filled with surprise and discovery.

Because eggs are such a familiar ingredient, we believe their potential is still vast. We will continue to deliver their charm through each and every dish.
