Somic Management Holdings Inc. has determined the candidates for the board of directors of each company within the Somic Group, which will be proposed at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on June 23 of this year. These executive appointments will be officially decided at the 2026 ordinary general meeting of shareholders and the subsequent board of directors meeting.
