This announcement was made during the appearance of media artist Yoichi Ochiai and Norikazu Miyagi (Maknica) of Sustainable Pavilion 2025 on the main stage of 'WebX 2026'. It was also announced that the concept and technology of 'null²ⁿ (Null Null Nexus)' will be inherited by the Life Sculpture Museum 'null⁴ (Tetra Null)', which is scheduled to be unveiled at the Yokohama Green Expo (GREEN×EXPO 2027) opening in March 2027 (organized by the Public Interest Incorporated Association of the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition).
Two New Projects: 'null²ⁿ (Null Null Nexus)' and 'null⁴ (Tetra Null)'
The worldview of 'Digital Nature (Computational Nature)' proposed by Yoichi Ochiai will be developed at two locations: Yokohama Landmark Tower 'null²ⁿ (Null Null Nexus)' and Yokohama Green Expo 'null⁴ (Tetra Null)'. An urban ecosystem that involves the entire city of Yokohama will begin here.
First Project: 'null²ⁿ (Null Null Nexus)' Opening on October 14th
―The world's largest LED theater comes to Yokohama Landmark Tower
'null²ⁿ (Null Null Nexus)' is a permanent museum theater produced by Yoichi Ochiai, following 'null²' at the Osaka-Kansai Expo. The highlight of the facility is an LED theater where you can experience an infinite mirror world. While the LED theater at the Osaka-Kansai Expo 'null²' had one room, this time 'null²ⁿ (Null Null Nexus)' will have two theaters, inheriting and expanding the experience of 'null²', and will be reborn as a permanent facility at Yokohama Landmark Tower in 2026.
Through the dedicated smartphone app 'Mirrored Body®', you can have a digital twin (digital avatar) in the digital world and connect real experiences with virtual spaces. The performance changes in real-time and organically according to the data of visitors, allowing you to interact with your twin. Under the worldview of 'Digital Nature (Computational Nature)', in a space where technology and humans blend, enjoy a completely new immersive experience where you become part of the art. (Duration: approximately 60 minutes)

―Future Prospects: Connection to Yokohama Green Expo (GREEN×EXPO 2027) and 'Experience Ecosystem of Digital Nature'
The passion and data generated at 'null²ⁿ (Null Null Nexus)' will be seamlessly inherited by 'null⁴ (Tetra Null)', which is scheduled to be unveiled at the Yokohama Green Expo (GREEN×EXPO 2027) opening in March 2027. Plans for the connection between the two facilities will be announced sequentially in the future.
As the name 'Nexus (connection)' suggests, this facility will function as a permanent hub connecting the Expo legacy and people. In the future, we plan to hold regular events and form communities with Yokohama as the base.
Furthermore, through the collaboration with the app 'Mirrored Body®', we will develop an experience ecosystem that transcends the city and nature. Visitors who obtained their digital twin (digital avatar) at the Osaka-Kansai Expo can once again meet their twin in this city of Yokohama.

What is 'null²'?
'null²' is a signature pavilion produced by Yoichi Ochiai at the Osaka-Kansai Expo (April 13, 2025 - October 13, 2025). Based on the fusion of Buddhist philosophy 'emptiness' and computer science 'null', it was composed as an experiential installation combining special mirror film, LED, and robotics. It embodied the worldview of 'Digital Nature (Computational Nature)' where digital and physical blend through mirrors, and attracted approximately 600,000 visitors during the Expo period.
Main Awards and Achievements:
・ Casa BRUTUS 'Best Pavilion 20' 1st place
・ Everyone's Architecture Award 2026 Grand Prize (13,750 votes in general voting, the highest ever)
・ SNS Followers: Top among individual pavilions at the Expo
・ Crowdfunding 'Null Null's Move': Surpassed 100 million yen in 23 hours, ultimately raising approximately 281.5 million yen from 15,821 people
Second Project: 'null⁴ (Tetra Null)' Yokohama Green Expo
'null⁴ (Tetra Null)' is a new project that continues the 'lineage of reflection' from the signature pavilion 'null²' at the Osaka-Kansai Expo in 2025 and expands it to the satoyama of the Yokohama Green Expo. The mirror architecture that attracted attention, null², will be reborn as a permanent urban hub 'null²ⁿ (Null Null Nexus)' and then, in 2027, as a life sculpture museum 'null⁴' that reflects flowers, sky, forest, and people.
Four mirror structures rotate, reflecting the surrounding scenery and showing different expressions depending on the time of day and the season. The work does not touch the scenery but updates the way the world is seen through reflection. It is a garden, a sculpture, and an experience space of computational nature. The theme is 'What is inherited is not the form but karma (karma)'. Instead of simply moving the shape of null², the idea that reflection, body, digital, and nature blend is inherited, and the project is developed to expand from the city to the satoyama, and from architecture to life.
