On May 31 (Sun), the graduation concert for Chiho Ishida, a first-generation member of STU48—the idol group based in seven prefectures of the Setouchi region—was held at Kanadevia Hall in Tokyo. Having led the group since its inception, Ishida's concert marked the culmination of her career.
Joining the group in March 2017 at age 15, Ishida served as a senbatsu member for all singles since the debut 'Kurayami.' She served as the sole center for the 6th single 'Hitorigoto de Kataru Kurai nara' and the 9th single 'Iki wo Suru Kokoro,' and was part of the 'triangle center' for the 8th single 'Hana wa Dare no Mono?'
The concert took place at the venue of her first solo concert in January 2020. The event featured surprises, including Ishida appearing from within the crowd and a guest appearance by the first captain, Nana Okada.
Graduated members including Minami Ishida, Hina Iwata, Miyuna Kadowaki, Koko Tanaka, Yuri Torobu, Kaede Yabushita, Yuka Oki, and Rinko Yoshizaki appeared to perform unit songs. The latter part of the concert featured songs reflecting her career and a performance of their debut single, 'Kurayami.'
Finally, Ishida appeared in a graduation dress created by Osare Company, performing songs like 'Mirai e Tsuzuku Mono yo.' In her speech, she expressed deep gratitude, saying, "I deliver 3,348 days of thanks! I can say from the bottom of my heart that I have no regrets in my idol life."
