Space Shower TV, Japan's largest music-specialized channel operated by Space Shower Network Inc. (President: Tatsutoshi Natori, Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), has released 'SYNC HANDS,' a new STATION ID in collaboration with yahyel, who celebrated their 10th anniversary in 2025. The broadcast begins today.
The concept of the ID is 'Universality.' Space Shower identified themes of 'origins' and 'places to return to' from yahyel's album 'In Amber' (released in August 2025) and their artistic stance over the past decade, making these the core concepts for this STATION ID production.
The video was produced by HYTEK Inc., a creative label that develops art and entertainment projects both domestically and internationally. Focusing on the 'resonance' phenomenon of metronomes as a form of musical 'universality,' the video depicts how metronomes, initially ticking at different rhythms, eventually synchronize, representing a return to one's origins and convergence.
The music features 'Play Numbers' from yahyel's August 2025 album 'In Amber.' The opening lyric, 'The pendulum on display,' perfectly embodies the visuals of this project.
The STATION ID will air randomly between programs on Space Shower TV starting today. It can also be viewed at the link below.

▼ What is a 'STATION ID'?
It is a spot aired between programs—an image video that conveys the identity and message of the broadcasting station. It complements aspects that cannot be expressed within programs and serves to communicate the essence of Space Shower TV to viewers.
▼ yahyel Profile
Formed in Tokyo in 2015. The band consists of four members: Shun Ikegai, Miru Shinoda, Kazuya Oi, and Kento Yamada. Their unique sound, which combines sound design influenced by bass music from around the world with Shun Ikegai's ironically sincere songwriting, contains a powerful contrast—feeling inorganic yet deeply physical. Their ethereal image is often described as a 'blue flame.' Each member is active in their own right: Kento Yamada as a filmmaker and stage director, Miru Shinoda as a producer for various artists, and Kazuya Oi as a highly acclaimed drummer. In 2016, following a five-city European tour including the legendary Rough Trade in London, they released their debut album 'Flesh and Blood.' They have performed at festivals such as Fuji Rock and Summer Sonic, and have toured internationally, receiving recognition from outlets like NPR (USA) and CRASH (UK).
