ThinQ Healthcare has announced the implementation of its organizational task support SaaS, 'Cmpl,' at THE SUNTORY UN!ON.

THE SUNTORY UN!ON consists of approximately 5,400 members across Suntory Holdings and Suntory Beverage & Food, operating with 33 branches nationwide. Cmpl was introduced to solve communication and task management challenges between full-time staff at headquarters and non-full-time branch chairs and secretaries who balance labor union activities with their regular business duties.

Prior to implementation, manual management via email and Excel led to frequent missed deadlines. Headquarters often took on the burden of manually re-organizing requests to ease the pressure on branch representatives, which resulted in excessive workloads and psychological strain from constantly having to follow up.

Key factors for choosing Cmpl included its cost-effectiveness, intuitive interface, and proven ability to improve task completion rates through automated notifications. Following the implementation, work proceeded smoothly even during peak periods like the spring labor offensive (Shunto), and completion rates for some routine tasks improved by approximately sevenfold. The convenience of the system has even led branch representatives to adopt it for their regular business activities, expanding its use across multiple Suntory Group entities.

Cmpl is a SaaS platform that automates task delegation and follow-ups. With a single click, requests are sent and deadlines are monitored for fully automated reminders. For tasks left undone, the system uses organizational dynamics—such as sharing status with supervisors and colleagues—to encourage completion, effectively reducing the time wasted and psychological stress for the requester. ThinQ Healthcare is a wholly-owned subsidiary of listed company Speee and holds ISMS certification.
