SPLYZA Enters Joint Research Agreement with Oita University and Physical Therapist Mr. Itoh to Improve AI Motion Analysis Technology Accuracy through Industry-Academia Collaboration

SPLYZA Inc., located in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture (CEO: Hiroyuki Doi), which supports "sports education and healthcare" through application development, Oita University, a national university corporation located in Oita City, Oita Prefecture (President: Masataka Kitano), and Bell Find LLC physical therapist Tadashi Itoh (hereinafter, "Mr. Itoh") signed a joint research agreement on March 16, 2026. This research will utilize SPLYZA's AI markerless 3D motion analysis app, "SPLYZA Motion," to begin studies on motion analysis technology.

【Research Objectives】 ・Research on improving the accuracy and expanding the application areas of markerless motion analysis technology. Currently, in the fields of sports and rehabilitation, there is a growing demand for markerless motion analysis technology that visualizes movement without attaching sensors to the body. This research aims to build a technology base adaptable to a wider range of subjects and environments. We will jointly proceed with the verification of analysis accuracy using "SPLYZA Motion" and the development of a general-purpose model among the three parties.

【Main Roles】 Oita University: Overall research coordination and validation of analysis data accuracy. Mr. Itoh: Collection of specialized data and cooperation in validation. SPLYZA: Improvement of analysis algorithms and system development.
