S-Pool Glocal to Speak at "Zoom Experience Day 2026"

S-Pool Glocal Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / President and Executive Officer: Yusuke Sakuma, hereinafter "the Company"), a subsidiary of S-Pool Co., Ltd. and a provider of wide-area administrative BPO services, will speak at "Zoom Experience Day 2026" to be held on April 14, 2026, at TAKANAWA GATEWAY Convention Center (Minato-ku, Tokyo).

The Company will introduce its initiatives on the theme of enhancing resident services in local governments, focusing on achieving both efficiency in telephone operations and improved resident services through AI utilization. Additionally, it will present a case study of Nara City's efforts and explain the possibilities for practical application in local government operations.

Telephone response, in particular, is a significant factor consuming working hours, making the balance between efficiency and service quality a challenge.
