The hotel is located on the 5th floor of 'JINNAN VALLEY,' a 50-year-old building conversion project led by Realgate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President: Yutaka Iwamoto). As the second hotel project under a comprehensive partnership agreement signed between the two companies in January 2026, it combines Realgate's expertise in 'renewing aging buildings' with SQUEEZE's 'AX operations' utilizing its next-generation operation platform 'suitebook.' A New Hub in Jinnan Connecting 'Workers, Guests, and Visitors'

The facility integrates a first-floor shop, creator-focused offices on floors 2–4, and the hotel on the 5th floor. The hotel's design, exterior, and entrance were handled by LINE-INC., reconstructing the space into an edgy environment that fuses the rugged texture of a 50-year-old building with Jinnan's street culture, themed around 1970s–80s Brooklyn, New York.

The facility's artwork is created by internationally acclaimed street artist Aruta Soup, whose original illustrations commissioned for this project adorn the space.

Accommodating Groups of Up to 8 and Mid-to-Long-Term Stays within Walking Distance of Shibuya Station

All rooms are equipped with kitchens and washer-dryers. Despite being in central Shibuya, the hotel provides lodging infrastructure for families and friend groups to 'live like locals,' capturing the diversifying inbound demand.
