SRS Holdings Announces Enhancement of Shareholder Benefit Program

SRS Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Masahiko Shigisato; Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market: Code 8163) announces that it has resolved at today's board meeting to amend its shareholder benefit program as detailed below.

1. Reason for the Change in the Shareholder Benefit Program

The company has long implemented a shareholder benefit program as a way to express gratitude for shareholders' ongoing support, deepen understanding of the SRS Group's business, and provide value to shareholders who hold its stock. To encourage broader investment and ownership of the company's shares, it has decided to lower the shareholding threshold and enhance the benefit program.

2. Details of the Program Enhancement

Under the enhanced program, shareholders owning 100 or more shares but fewer than 500 will receive annual benefit vouchers worth ¥2,000. Shareholders owning 500 or more shares but fewer than 1,000 will receive vouchers worth ¥12,000 annually. There will be no change in the benefit amount for shareholders owning 1,000 or more shares.

3. Implementation Date

The revised program will apply to shareholders recorded in the company's shareholder register as of the end of September 2026.

4. Usage of Shareholder Benefit Vouchers

The shareholder benefit vouchers can be used without limits on the number of vouchers per transaction, making them suitable for family outings or group visits. They are valid at the following SRS Group stores located throughout Japan.

※ Regarding frequently inquired brands 'Katsuya' and 'Karayama' operated by Sato-Arkland Food Service Co., Ltd., these are franchise stores under Arkland Service Holdings Co., Ltd. and therefore cannot accept the vouchers.
