StarMusic Entertainment Inc. announces that Ridge-i Co., Ltd., holder of its shares, has formally signed a share transfer agreement to transfer all shares to SBI Holdings Co., Ltd. effective March 30, 2026. The transfer was completed on July 16, 2024, marking the company’s official entry into the SBI Group under the new name SBI StarMusic Entertainment Inc.

StarMusic Entertainment Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yuhei Watanabe; hereinafter "the Company") announces that on March 30, 2026, Ridge-i Co., Ltd., the shareholder of the Company, has formally signed a share transfer agreement to transfer all of its shares in the Company to SBI Holdings Co., Ltd.

Today, July 16, the share transfer has been executed, and the Company has officially joined the SBI Group. Concurrently, the Company’s corporate name has been changed to "SBI StarMusic Entertainment Inc." As a result, the Company’s corporate logo has also been updated to the attached new logo.
