Stamen Inc. has begun accepting applications for 'Atotsugi Shidojuku 2026,' a successor development program for SME heirs in Gunma Prefecture, as part of the prefecture's 'FY2026 Successor Innovation Support Project (GUNMA Atotsugi Club).'
This program is a practical course designed not merely to 'hand over' a family business, but to rethink the values and strengths cultivated over generations and take the first steps toward new management in the next era. Through five in-person sessions, participants will systematically learn everything from organizing their company's competitive advantages to strategy execution and organizational leadership.
Business succession in an era where 'preserving' is not enough: In an era of declining population, market shifts, labor shortages, and technological advancements, the business environment surrounding SMEs is changing drastically. Successors are now expected to do more than just continue their existing businesses.
This program goes beyond one-way lectures; participants will deepen their learning by engaging in workshops, dialogues with peers, and brainstorming sessions with experienced successors.
