Stamen Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; CEO: Taihei Onishi), operator of the employee experience platform 'TUNAG,' announced that Honda Clio Ageo (Headquarters: Okegawa, Saitama; President: Mitsuhiro Endo) has adopted the TUNAG platform.

Honda Clio Ageo operates six locations within Saitama Prefecture. Previously, management policies and internal information were disseminated through branch managers, creating bottlenecks such as information fragmentation and time lags before reaching the front lines. In particular, there were limited means to deliver information directly to mechanics who do not have company PCs. The company sought to build a new communication foundation that could be completed via smartphone to foster organizational unity and permeate corporate philosophy.

Key reasons for selecting TUNAG included its high daily usability linked with employee benefits, a design that balances the 'visualization' and 'organization' of information, and a proven track record in the car dealership industry supported by dedicated consulting.

Moving forward, the company plans to deploy these features for over 100 employees, including direct delivery of management messages, digital sharing of safety reports, consolidation of operational information, and digitization of workflows, aiming to build a foundation for unified organizational growth.
