STAYMENT, Inc. Background of the Event

In multi-store and multi-location service industries such as food service, retail, hotels, and tourism, the business environment is undergoing drastic changes, including worsening labor shortages, rising recruitment costs, increasing complexity of store management, and the need to adapt to DX and AI utilization.

Amidst these changes, common challenges faced by executives and HR managers include "management's intentions not reaching the front lines" and "significant disparities in performance and organizational culture between stores."

Through our core business, the engagement platform TUNAG, we have supported multi-store companies and engaged in numerous dialogues with their executives. What we have observed is that while excellent executives grapple with "questions without clear answers," there is an extreme lack of places where they can frankly discuss their concerns with peers.

This conference will feature executives and practitioners active at the forefront of multi-store management, sharing not only success stories but also "real experiences" including trial and error and failures. Furthermore, by incorporating a program where all participants can discuss in table format, we aim to provide a learning opportunity that goes beyond one-way lectures, allowing participants to exchange knowledge with each other and apply it in their daily operations starting the next day.

Message from the Representative

Taihei Onishi, President and CEO

As we have engaged with the management of over 1,400 companies through TUNAG, we have come to realize something.

It is that executives in charge of multi-store management often harbor questions they cannot discuss with anyone.

Employees quitting. Philosophy not reaching the front lines. Different cultures at different stores. While numbers can be tracked, frontline enthusiasm doesn't increase. These concerns cannot be solved by a single company alone. We believe that there are things that can only be discussed among executives who are facing similar challenges, and that such dialogue leads to new insights and practices.

We hope that the "Multi-Store Service Management SUMMIT 2026" will be a place to jointly consider the future of the multi-store service industry and foster new challenges.

About TUNAG

TUNAG is an integrated platform designed to promote internal communication and information sharing, aiming to improve organizational productivity and reduce employee turnover. As of June 2026, it is used by over 1,400 companies and 1.5 million users.

Unlike traditional engagement measures that often focus on surveys, analysis, and diagnostics, TUNAG is a practice support-oriented product. With features linked to daily actions such as internal SNS, awards, and system operation, it guides the resolution of organizational issues through concrete actions.

Furthermore, its design and UI, which are easily accessible even to non-desk workers, achieve high utilization rates in remote environments and for multi-location companies. TUNAG's significant strength lies in its ability to consistently support not only surveys but also the cultivation of organizational culture, including "connections" and "a cycle of gratitude."
