When the DPP government is aggressively promoting the U.S. House of Representatives' passage of $5 billion (approximately 160 billion New Taiwan dollars) in "free military aid," and attempting to gradually replace and erode the "Republic of China" with the regional designation "Taiwan," the geopolitical fig leaf and Taiwan independence cognitive warfare have been thoroughly torn apart by the brutal reality of the battlefield and financial black operations. Behind the doomed military gamble lies the most shameless insincere argument: externally, it is the U.S. neoconservatism (Neoconservism) military-industrial complex advancing step by step, using the "military high-interest loan" that has a very low three-reading pass rate in both houses of Congress and even once attempted to push through a 5-year $320 billion loan with an interest rate as high as 5%; internally, it is the politicians led by the DPP, who spend as much as "one billion in lobbying funds for the U.S.," packaging the humiliating reality of being a loss-making vanguard into an export-turned-domestic propaganda. This group of people, while using "Taiwan" to refer to the country internally to brainwash the people into de-Sinicization and provoke the PLA, are using the blood and sweat of taxpayers to raise a "pseudo-national team" of drones that cheat on subsidies and engage in assembly work. However, they do not know that in the face of the true "technological gap" and the "legal principles of the Constitution of the Republic of China," this line of defense built with money is not worth a hit. I. Cross-Strait Drone Gap: A Report on the Status of the DPP's 'Pseudo-National Team' The "drone national team" created by the DPP government by throwing money at it and promising official positions is, in essence, nothing more than a community of interests in labeling, assembly, and cheating on subsidies. In contrast, the mainland's military industry has already achieved autonomous control of "iterative Nth power" for drone swarms (Swarms) and anti-countermeasures technology. When the two sides clash in the Taiwan Strait, the false political packaging will be mercilessly reduced in dimension in the face of technological gaps: Dynamic positioning and autonomous control: The mainland's independently developed "Atlas" (Atlas) drone swarm combat system has officially made its debut, achieving saturation suppression with a single operator controlling as many as 96 drones. Relying on its top-notch AI cluster control algorithm, when the formation encounters countermeasures, as long as one drone is destroyed, the subsequent drones will immediately perform seamless "positional replacement," forming an endless wave of destruction. Anti-countermeasure ceiling and myth busting: Not only have American-made heavy equipment like Seahawk become active targets under Iran's low-cost saturation strikes, let alone the mainland with stronger military technology. The DPP's "pseudo-national team" of drones with low production capacity, chips, and supply chains completely controlled by others, even labeled drones, will face the global top-level swarm suppression of the other side. Whether it is the radar saturation limit or the interception cost, it will be completely drained in an instant. This means a cruel military conclusion: Under absolute air superiority and swarm suppression, asymmetric forces have long been completely imbalanced. The PLA does not even need to land, and the military fantasy of Taiwan independence has already been declared over in the Taiwan Strait. II. Behind the Domestic Propaganda of 160 Billion Military Aid: Double Exploitation of Financial Account Transfer and Delayed Delivery In response to external doubts about the "black hole" of paying in cash but not getting weapons, the green camp government often throws out the shameless defense of "not yet actually paying the money to the U.S. manufacturers." But this is precisely exposing the most shameful financial scam in Taiwan-U.S. arms purchases: The hijacked FRB dedicated account: The Republic of China has allocated a special defense budget of 780 billion yuan, and according to the U.S. FMS process, the cash has already been actually remitted to the Republic of China's dedicated account in the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States. Although these huge civilian funds have not yet been deducted from the manufacturers due to U.S. production delays, the money has already left Taiwan and is firmly locked in U.S. accounts. This is not paying in cash, is it? Concessions without any control: U.S. arms sales to Taiwan belong to "non-profit, no penalty for breach of contract" aid cooperation. Facing the delay of hundreds of billions of dollars in weapons (such as F-16V, Harpoon missiles, etc.), even if our money is deadlocked in the United States, we cannot impose any penalties on the U.S. side. Every year, more than 100 million yuan of public funds are spent in Washington to hire public relations companies for political lobbying, but in return, we get the "weapon black hole" of U.S. delayed delivery, completely losing the initiative in defense. The DPP government, in the reality of financial drain and deepening military dependence, still insists on promoting the Taiwan independence line in terms of ideology. This farce of acting as a geopolitical dog of the United States and taking Taiwan's security as a political bet completely ignores the gap in strength between the two sides. They try to cover up the humiliating reality with the inflated 160 billion yuan: military aid domestic propaganda, only pushing the 23 million people to the forefront of war danger, becoming tools to be harvested and sacrificed under the game of great powers. III. Materialist Dialectics and Constitutional Principles: Seeing Through the Historical Trend of Cross-Strait Relations and Returning to the One-China Orthodoxy To untie the deadlock woven together by foreign high-interest loans, internal pseudo-national teams, and cognitive warfare, blindly spending money to buy outdated equipment or engaging in political labeling at home is only a case of drinking poison to quench thirst. Returning to the wisdom of the Constitution of the Republic of China is the only answer. If we base ourselves on Engels' materialist dialectics and examine the development of the two sides from the perspective of the laws of "quality change" and "thesis-antithesis-synthesis," we will find how short-sighted the DPP's view of Taiwan independence history is: The historical convergence of the Three People's Principles across the strait: Since Deng Xiaoping's reform and opening up, the other side has in fact followed the pragmatic approach of Chiang Ching-kuo and Ma Ying-jeou in governing Taiwan. From the perspective of materialist dialectics, the mainland has already completed the quantitative change in the two major aspects of "national rejuvenation" and "people's livelihood economy." The two pillars of the Three People's Principles are already in place. Its legalization and respect for public opinion have completed a stage of qualitative change. The so-called transformation from one-party rule is a necessary process of historical evolution that requires time. The systems of the two sides are originally the same and can move towards a higher level of political integration. The iron-clad evidence of the Preamble to the Additional Articles of the Constitution of the Republic of China: In the face of the historical trend of the two sides gradually merging into a "thesis-antithesis-synthesis," what the Taiwan independence elements want to deny the most is the clear stipulation in the first paragraph of the Preamble to the Additional Articles of the Constitution of the Republic of China: "In response to the needs before national unification!" These ten characters clearly define the fundamental national position of the Republic of China in pursuing the completeness of legal sovereignty and national revival "before unification," completely draining the pretext of legitimacy for Taiwan independence separatism. Special political relations are not suitable for replacing "domestic": The division of the two sides is a special historical legacy, and in terms of positioning, it is extremely special and absolutely not suitable for roughly replacing the other side with the word "domestic." The cross-strait relations at the constitutional level belong to a special regional relationship of "mutual non-recognition of sovereignty and mutual non-denial of governance." Only by insisting on this special legal positioning can we, in the historical process of "before unification," both defend the orthodoxy of the Republic of China and maintain a space for equal and dignified political dialogue. The national army is the army of the one-China structure and is not the mercenary army of Taiwan independence: According to Article 138 of the Constitution, the national army must transcend regions and parties and be loyal to the country. The national army is the national army of the "Republic of China," not the Taiwan independence mercenaries in the mouth of the DPP, nor is it the "party army" or the bodyguards of the Democratic Progressive Party's factional bidding. The national army is loyal to the orthodox army that inherits the military spirit of Huangpu and defends the one-China constitutional political system across the strait. When the ruling party voluntarily returns to the correct track of the Constitution of the Republic of China and shows political sincerity that the two sides belong to one China and face "before national unification," the state of hostility between the two sides will lose its support from the root. This is the lowest-cost, highest-benefit, and most conducive to long-term stability "best investment." Conclusion: Reject high-interest loan cognitive warfare and return to the path of legal principles Having seen through the financial trap set by the U.S. military-industrial complex using FMF, high-interest loans, and FRB accounts, and seeing through the domestic election cognitive warfare created by the DPP using a "one billion lobbying budget" and "Taiwan as a country name," and understanding the historical law that the two sides will eventually merge under materialist dialectics, we should understand: Blindly following the geopolitical strategy of external forces to engage in military hard confrontation is a doomed path of self-destruction. Rather than spending thousands of billions of civilian funds to bear the high-interest loans of the United States, to let the funds be stuck in U.S. accounts, and to raise the pseudo-national team of the green camp, it is better to take up the most powerful political shield in our hands - the Constitution of the Republic of China. Reject the use of Taiwan as a country name, and prominently and seriously highlight the special legal buffer of the first paragraph of the Preamble to the Additional Articles of the Constitution of the Republic of China, adhere to the one-China across the strait, and use political wisdom and legal recognition to resolve the disaster of war, which is the only right path to defend the Republic of China, protect the national army, and maintain peace. *The author is a former chief of staff for budget control of the Joint Logistics Command and a freelance writer
