Experience music, gourmet food, family fun, and公益 action all in one event. The Taipei Importers and Exporters Association (IEAT) is celebrating its 80th anniversary with the Sustainable and Shared Goodness Carnival, to be held on August 8 at the Taipei Hakka Cultural Theme Park. Bringing together member companies, international partners, social welfare organizations, and specialty brands, the event invites members, corporate employees, their families, and the public to enjoy a lively and meaningful summer weekend.
As a long-standing bridge for Taiwanese businesses expanding into international markets, IEAT currently has around 6,700 member companies and continues to assist industries in connecting with overseas resources and staying ahead of market trends. This marks the first time IEAT is celebrating its anniversary with a large-scale outdoor carnival, aiming to bring member companies out of the office for relaxed networking while showcasing the close connection between the trade industry and daily life.
The event features six highlights, including a member and food market with nearly 40 unique stalls offering member brands, international cuisines, and popular food trucks. Visitors can enjoy diverse culinary experiences while getting up close with corporate brands and cultural elements from different countries.
Onstage performances kick off with HRC KIDS, who have represented Taiwan in international competitions, followed by a French chanson band and indigenous singer-songwriters. Dance, music, and live singing will transform the Hakka Cultural Theme Park into a vibrant summer party with global flair.
Family-friendly activities include dreamy bubble play, balloon art interactions, and sackball challenges to let children burn off energy. Bohemian-style picnic zones and photo spots allow visitors to enjoy the outdoors, while a pet-friendly area welcomes attendees to bring their furry companions.
For craft lovers, a ceramic mosaic art workshop lets participants create their own personalized plate or mug under professional guidance, leaving a unique keepsake for IEAT’s 80th anniversary. On-site stamp collection, social media check-ins, and lucky draws add extra fun to market browsing and family bonding.
IEAT emphasizes that the carnival, centered on sustainability and shared goodness, is more than just a celebration. It aims to unite businesses,公益 organizations, and citizens, turning interaction and joy into tangible actions that support society.
The Sustainable and Shared Goodness Carnival will take place on August 8 from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Taipei Hakka Cultural Theme Park. IEAT warmly invites member companies, employees, families, and the public to join in the music, food, and laughter to celebrate this significant milestone together.
